FIELD: mobile military equipment.

SUBSTANCE: device for loading, unloading and moving equipment comprises a lifting device in the form of an automobile winch and a retractable device in the form of a ramp placed in a housing, which are placed on a transport base. Two opposite sides of the body made in the form of a box with retainers on the upper surface are equipped with covers. Ramp is equipped with two rotary devices. Devices provide loading/unloading on any side of base with the help of ladder fixed to ramp by means of retainers on ends of rotary devices. Winch is fixed on the base frame and is made with possibility of movement of the conveyor consisting of a platform with internal and external wheels, with a load or a transformer container with a removable sledge cover along the body, the ramp itself and the ladder.

EFFECT: providing loading and unloading of equipment on the ground on any side near the base and moving it to another base or to a distance of up to 1 km, to the place of work without additional installation works.
