FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to laboratory equipment for research works with plants and mushrooms in artificial climate conditions. Method employs a cabinet with a transparent housing and one section, LED illumination in the upper part of the housing, a system for autonomous control and monitoring of illumination, temperature and humidity of air and soil. At that, autonomous control systems are made with possibility of remote control of parameters and with registration of monitoring results with formation of electronic data base of medium parameters. Monitoring results are additionally introduced with the growth parameters of the culture, which is grown in the chamber. Parameters are monitored by periodical photographic fixation of crop growth in the chamber with a given time step with subsequent formation of an animation clip for a period of time in which the specified parameters of illumination, temperature and humidity of air and soil were not changed by the user. After changing the specified parameters by the user, a new animation clip is formed from photographic images of the culture inside the chamber, which is recorded up to new changes by the user of lighting parameters, temperature and humidity of air and soil. Optimum conditions of culture growth are considered to be those at which its best growth is observed.

EFFECT: method provides creation of optimal conditions for studying growth of new varieties of plants and plant hybrids or optimum conditions for cultivation of edible mushrooms, which were not grown artificially before.
