FIELD: weapons; military equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to weapons and military equipment (hereinafter WME), in particular, to methods of protection of weapons and military equipment from guided aviation ammunition used by combat unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV), and can be used in the development of a new complex of individual protection of automotive and special equipment. Method for protection of weapons and military equipment from guided aviation ammunition used by combat UAV includes detection of detected pulses of laser radiation, processing them for compliance of inter-pulse time intervals with specified and setting aerosol screens. Aerosol screens are formed by evaporation of water-dispersed solutions or water-oil emulsions (hereinafter the working solution) in the exhaust system of the chassis engine of the covered weapons and military equipment.
EFFECT: higher degree of protection of weapons and military equipment against laser-guided aircraft ammunition of the NATO standard used by combat unmanned aerial vehicles.
