FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: centrifugal multistage horizontal two-seat pump for pumping oil and oil products comprises a housing having a horizontal joint along the axis of the pump and consisting of a base and a cover, connected to each other by pins, at least three impellers and guide vanes arranged on rotor shaft mounted in bearing supports, feed and discharge branch pipes and drive. Horizontal connector of the housing contains a seal in the form of gaskets closed along the outline by metal strips. Impellers are made of one-sided inlet of closed type. Rotor is replaceable and comprises pre-connected screw, at least two impellers, between which fairings are installed, and unloading device installed in series by means of keys on its shaft, which are fixed against axial movement by means of a projection of a shaft, fairings and a nut of the unloading device, respectively. Rotor can act on the front and rear thrust plain bearings by means of a disc installed between them on the shaft and fixed by means of a disc bushing, a disc nut and a nut. Bearing supports are fitted with temperature and vibration sensors, the last of which is designed to measure the vibration intensity of the bearing housings on the side of the drive in two mutually perpendicular directions, and on the side of the free end of the shaft with the possibility of measuring in three perpendicular directions. On the shaft there are single or double end seals closed with casings preventing leakage spraying into the environment, and a leakage discharge pipeline. Unloading device consists of a cylindrical unloading drum made with possibility of rotation with a shaft and installed with a gap in the bushing of the drum, in the chamber formed by the housing and the cover, connected to the chamber of the suction branch pipe by means of the unloading pipe. Drum bushing is made with a projection entering the mating groove made in the cover. Impellers and unloading drum are configured to generate pressure at the output of the last impeller and after the unloading drum, which creates an axial force F acting on the unloading drum and which is a counterweight relative to the axial force of the pump, wherein the value of force F depends on the area of the unloading drum. In the housing there is a locking system for oil drainage from the pump housing, and the supply and discharge branch pipes are arranged horizontally in opposite directions relative to the pump axis.
EFFECT: providing compensation of axial forces and improving reliability of the pump during its operation, improving maintenance and repair of the pump, as well as possible change of parameters by replacing the rotor and impellers.
