FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: proposed pump comprises casing with spiral branch pipe with inner and outer coils. Sum of areas of inner coil and outer coil bypass section equals the area of outer coil spiral section outlet cross section while that of similar areas of initial cross section of outer coils and that of adjacent diffuser section of inner coil equals the area of inner coil spiral section cross section. Chambers of shaft end seals locking fluid are communicated with pump pressure chamber via hydraulic cyclone provided with taper cylinder case, radial feed and axial discharge branch pipes. Hydraulic cyclone case is equipped with plug-in cylindrical element with, at least, two tangential calibrated bores and cover with axial drain branch pipe with intake section extending inside hydraulic cyclone case to below radial feed branch pipe cross section. Said cover has annular toroidal recess smoothly conjugated with element surface and drain branch pipe extending part. System intended for adjusting hydraulic cyclone flows comprises elements with calibrated bores.
EFFECT: expanded applications, higher efficiency and reliability.
