FIELD: cosmonautics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to space engineering, in particular to a system for storage and supply of electric rocket engines (ERE). System for storage and supply of the working medium with the possibility of fast flow control comprises a tank for storage of the working medium, a thermal throttle, a heater, an electromagnetic valve, thermal sensors, a control unit. Working medium storage tank has thermal contact with the working medium storage tank heater, which has electric communication lines with the heaters power supply system and the control unit. Inner volume of the working medium storage tank is tightly connected to the electromagnetic valve having electric communication lines with the electromagnetic valve supply system and the control unit. Electromagnetic valve has tight connections with at least 2 thermal throttles with different conductivity, having thermal contact with at least two heaters of thermal throttles, which have electric communication lines with heaters supply system and control unit. Number of heaters corresponds to the number of thermal throttles. Thermal throttles have tight connections with plasma generator. Each thermal throttle has a thermal contact with a thermal sensor, which has lines of electrical communication with the thermal sensors power supply system and the control unit.
EFFECT: when the claimed invention is implemented, the reduction of the mass and volume occupied by the propulsion system, the increase in the efficiency of the working body utilization, the increase in the rate of change of the working body flow rate are provided.
