DYNAMIC SIMULATOR OF STATIONARY PLASMA ENGINES Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC F03H1/00

Abstract RU 2610623 C1

FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: into the dynamic simulator of a stationary plasma engine (SPE), which contains the simulator of the ignition period, the simulator of the working fluid controller comprising the resistive current-limiting load and the transistor unit, and the simulator magnet system comprising a coil, the cathode heater simulator connected to the cathode bus, the inrush discharge current simulator connected between the positive bus and the cathode bus, the power switch with a thyristor-type characteristic, the current sensor connected by its input between the second terminal of the resistive current-limiting load and the positive bus, the generator simulating the voltage fluctuations of the discharge current, and the summing amplifier, the first input of which is connected to the functional output of the working fluid consumption controller, the second input is connected to the output of the generator simulating the voltage fluctuations of the discharge current, the third input connected to the current sensor output, the summing amplifier output is connected to the control input of the transistor junction with variable conductivity, and the cathode bus is connected to the negative input of the dynamic simulator of the SPE through the coils of the magnetic system simulator, are introduced.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of simulating a stationary plasma engine, its electrical loads and dynamic properties.
