FIELD: construction industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used during repair works to improve the quality of finishing of internal surfaces in a room and to impart aesthetic qualities to the surface, in particular, to the fastening profile and method of its installation. Technical result is achieved by the fact that installation method separating-decorative profile to plane wall is that profile comprising a base and two protruding ribs perpendicular to the base, forming a U-shaped cavity in the cross section, is attached to the wall plane by means of the embedded shelf using fasteners and the finishing material is fixed to the outer surface of the protruding ribs of the profile, LED strip is installed in U-shaped cavity of profile formed by inner surface of protruding ribs, diffuser is installed in grooves made on protruding ribs of profile.
EFFECT: high resistance to natural loads, as well as prevention of cracks during installation at the point of interface of sheet or plaster material with a wall having a stone or monolithic structure.
