FIELD: animal breeding; various technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanization of labour-intensive processes in animal breeding, in particular, to units for mixing, distribution of fodders and removal of fodder residues. Fodder dispenser consists of a grinder-mixer, a drive shaft, agitators-grinders, a hopper for storing mixed fodder, a spiral conveyor, a conveyor for supply of succulent fodders, a planetary gear made of a sun gear, a crown gear, satellites, a carrier. Crown gear is fixed, satellites are made with possibility of rotation around its axis and rotation around centre of sun gear. Agitators-grinders are installed on satellites, drive shaft is made with possibility of rotation of sun gear, and electric motor is made for possibility of rotation of drive shaft and sun gear. To prevent spillage of fodder, guards are installed on both sides of the belt conveyor. To drive the belt conveyor, there is an electric motor with a reduction gear. In the lower part of the grinder-mixer there is an unloading window, which is closed by a shutter. One side of the belt conveyor is placed under the grinder-mixer, and above the other side of the belt conveyor there is a pneumatic cleaner operating on a vacuum, a rotary cleaner with brushes, nozzles, a container for collecting fodder residues, an electric motor, an electric motor with a reduction gear. Rotary cleaner is made with possibility of rotation around horizontal axis by means of electric motor with reduction gear. Brushes are made with possibility of active rotation and are installed on rotary cleaner. Nozzles are installed in four rows and are made for possibility of water supply to belt conveyor.

EFFECT: invention provides milling and mixing of succulent fodders with mixed fodder, fodder distribution, and after the feeding process – washing and cleaning of the belt conveyor.
