FIELD: fishing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fishing and can be used by people with disabilities. Fishing rod includes fishing line (1) and sinker (13), to which a leash is attached by means of fishing rotary bearings (2), the leash consists of base (3) with loop assemblies (4), to which baits (6) are attached on leashes (5). Baits (6) imitate shape and colour of small aquatic insects and consist of hooks (8), which are inserted into pieces of material (9), tied with threads (10) with extended ends (11). In the upper and lower parts of base (3), elastic elements (12) are attached to it, which are made with the possibility of forming loops on base (3) in the compressed state. Turbine (14) with blade (16) can be installed on base (3). On the edges of blade (16) there are cuts (17), and in the middle of the blade there are adjustment holes (18).
EFFECT: invention provides fishing with minimum efforts.
