FIELD: fishing and fish farming.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to fishing, namely to devices for fishing, which can be used by persons with disabilities during recreational fishing at stationary fishing points. Device includes a cable on which an underwater scythe is installed, which consists of cutting plates hinged to each other and held in an open state by means of a spring. In front of the slanting line, a movement signalling device made in the form of a float is attached to the cable. Behind the oblique to the cable there is a protective container in which through a fishing bearing to the cable a container for storing and dispensing fodder is tied to the rotating during the movement of the device. Rotation of the container for storage and dispensing of fodder is provided by bent rods attached to it, which are made with possibility of mixing fodder with bottom soil. Device is used for formation of fish paths connected in one place to form a fishing place.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides preparation of a place for fishing.
