FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of lubricants based on vegetable oils for use in transmissions of agricultural tractors. Mineral-vegetable lubricant composition for tractor transmissions contains rapeseed oil, a “ДФБ” additive is used as an antioxidant and depressant additive; an “ЭФО” additive is used as an antiwear additive, “ЛЗ-23к” additive is used as antiscoring additive, “ПМС-200A” additive is used as anti-foam additive, Litol-24 lubricant is used as viscosity additive, with the following weight ratio of components: “ДФБ” – 2.2%; “ЭФО” – 5%; “ЛЗ-23к” – 4%; “ПМС-200A” – 0.002%; Litol-24 – 4%; rapeseed oil – up to 100%. Said composition is subjected to magnetohydrodynamic treatment in a magnetic activator with a total length of the magnetic activation zone of 250 mm, magnetic field intensity in the working gap of 600 kA/m and the number of times the volume of the lubricant composition crosses the magnetic activation zone at least 20 times.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to ensure increase of resource due to reduction of wear rate of friction pairs of transmission units of agricultural equipment, to improve ecological indices of their operation.
