FIELD: satellite navigation.

SUBSTANCE: technical result is achieved by the fact that in the GNSS integrity monitoring system using intersatellite measurements each spacecraft is equipped with on-board equipment for inter-satellite measurements, which provides measurement of distances and transmission of ephemeral-time information between all GNSS satellites, and decision on reliability/unreliability of emitted navigation information is made in accordance with the results of calculating the on-board digital computer (OBDC) of the difference between the measured and calculated values of distances ΔRj from navigation spacecraft NCi to visible navigation spacecraft ΔRj=| Rmeasj − Rcalcj | and comparing the difference moduli ΔRj with the threshold value ΔRthreshold to make a decision on validity or unreliability of emitted navigation information by majority method.

EFFECT: increased level of control of integrity of global navigation satellite system (GNSS), which provides efficiency, reliability, autonomy of monitoring the integrity of the satellite system without using ground-based facilities.
