FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to compositions for external application in poorly granulating wounds, bedsores, frostbites, burns, trophic ulcers. Antiseptic agent is presented in the form of an ointment containing bee wax, refined olive oil, sugar powder and a water extract of antlers at the following ratio of components, wt. %: bee wax – 45; refined olive oil – 35, sugar powder – 10, water extract of antlers – 10.
EFFECT: disclosed ointment reduces the length of wound healing and epithelisation by accelerating the maturation of granulation tissue and epithelial proliferation.
