FIELD: food industry, in particular, confectionery industry for preparation of new product with higher tastiness. SUBSTANCE: composition contains the following ingredients in ratio, kg per 1 t of product: granulated sugar, 100-110; sugar powder, 799-809; syrup, 50-62; finely-divided grass of origanum, 3.0-3.5; peppermint leaves, 3.7-4.0; leather bergenia leaves, 3.0-3.4; maral velvet antlers, 2.8-3.2; grits of maral velvet antlers, 15.0-15.3; natural honey, 18.0-19.0; food colorant, 0.15-0.17; vegetable oil, 0.2-0.3; talc, 1.0-1.2; beeswax, 0.18-0.24; water, the balance. Method for producing dragee involves preparation of dragee cores, their multiple treatment with sugar syrup, rolling in sugar powder and polishing of half-finished product. Dragee cores is carried out by treatment of preliminarily prepared sugar grit of 2-3 mm size with sugar syrup where added are honey, mixture of dry finely-divided leaves of peppermint, leather bergenia and origanum, powder-like maral velvet antlers and grits of maral velvet antlers to grow of cores mass up to 50-70% from mass of ready-made dragee. Then processing the cores is carried out by sugar syrup where added are food colorant, sugar powder, and talc for polishing the products. EFFECT: higher biological value. 3 cl
