FIELD: pressure control devices.

SUBSTANCE: gas pressure regulator comprises a pilot equipped with a device for controlling the mobility of the regulator gate. Gate mobility control device consists of a set of parts ensuring tight shutoff of the pressure supply to the pilot valve and release of the control pressure from the corresponding chamber of the actuating device to the pilot pulse channel, thereby provoking the closing of the gate of the regulator. Control of the beginning of movement of the gate of the regulator is carried out by the gate stroke indicator, the closing speed is regulated by the force of action on the pusher of the gate mobility control device.

EFFECT: increasing the safety and reliability of the gas distribution system due to the ability to control and prevent the effect of sticking of the moving parts of the regulator.
