FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pyrometallurgical devices for extraction of dispersed gold from refractory mineral material, namely from silicate-carbonate mineral materials. Device includes vertical heat-resistant container with cylindrical neck, made with possibility of heating, melting and blowing with compressed gas of mineral material, containing an insert with holes of a certain diameter for blowing with melt gas until bubbles are formed, slide gate shutting off the neck outlet, the bottom part, the chute, and the batcher installed in the neck below the melt level. Dispenser is made in the form of a vertical cylinder with formation of an annular gap between the neck and the cylinder. Lower part of the annular gap is equipped with a bottom part with an inclination towards the chute, which is made in the form of an annular insert and is located below the outlet hole of the neck. Width of the annular gap is more than three times greater than the diameter of the formed bubbles.

EFFECT: device provides unobstructed lifting of growing bubbles with gold drops in heat-resistant container and their overflow into annular gap, increases efficiency of process of trapping gold particles and increases extraction of gold from mineral material.
