FIELD: melting.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for uninterrupted melting of quartz low-sulfide gold-containing ore in a Vanyukov furnace. The method includes loading a charge onto a melt bubbled by combustion products of natural gas in excess of an oxygen-air mixture, oxidation of sulfides, dissolution of oxides with the formation of a slag melt, separation of a gold alloy from the slag on a furnace hearth, and its periodic release through a hole, as well as uninterrupted discharge of the slag into a storage tank, removal of waste gases, while melting is carried out without the formation of a collecting phase at a temperature of 1300-1600°C, maintaining the melt in the liquid state and the viscosity of the melt in the range of specified temperatures of no more than 3 Pa⋅s, with the release of the gold alloy into an independent phase, which is collected at the furnace hearth, and the periodic release of a Dore alloy through the hole.
EFFECT: obtaining of the Dore alloy in one stage is achieved.
