FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering and is intended for switching electric circuits in normal and emergency modes in three-phase alternating current networks with frequency of 50 Hz, rated voltage of 6-10 kV for rated currents of 630-4,000 A, with tripping currents of up to 50 kA. High-voltage SF6 circuit breaker for stations for voltage of 6 (10) kV, consisting of three poles connected by a single common drive and fixed through seals on a common frame, each pole of which is an insulating sealed housing filled with SF6 gas with excess pressure, inside which there are interconnected valve and insulating cover, a pusher, movable, fixed, and arc-quenching contacts, high-voltage leads and SF6 gas filling valve, wherein all SF6 gas filling valves contain an adjustment union, threaded bushing, interrupter rod are connected with common pressure sensor in parallel by means of copper gas pipes, and connection of poles to common drive is made by means of common connecting metal rod, one side of which is connected to spring-motor drive through reduction gear.
