FIELD: lifting-and-conveying mechanisms.
SUBSTANCE: device for unloading and loading of ship separation bulkhead contains assembly and loading bench with bogies, jacks, device for adjusting the position of the ship separation bulkhead relative to the longitudinal and transverse bases of the room, a device for fixing the ship separation bulkhead in the adjusted position and a traction device. Bogies are installed on guide rails. Assembly and loading bench is equipped with brackets, devices for centring ship separation bulkhead, ties with turnbuckles, fixed between butts of the bench and ship separation bulkhead, ties with turnbuckles fixing stand position relative to ship hull structures, devices for transverse centring of stand and balancer. Brackets are fixed on ship separation bulkhead by roller supports. Hydraulic jacks are arranged on bogies.
EFFECT: possibility of ensuring safety during unloading of ship separation bulkhead, provision of accurate alignment and fixation of position of ship separation bulkhead during loading and installation in ship compartment relative to hull structures and bases of premises in three planes.
