FIELD: braking systems.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to braking systems of vehicles and special equipment, and more specifically to parking brake of snow and swamp vehicle. Parking brake of snow and swamp vehicle comprises lever, support, brake disc, bracket, resilient element and pusher. Bracket is connected to the lever by an axle and is fixed with a shaped support, to which a support made in the form of a spatial shape is connected by means of a pair of additional connecting elements. Support has a bracket (clamp) of the support, on which: pins of guides with protective covers and a shoe guide are installed. Lever and the bracket are fixed on the axle by means of a bushing, a washer and a nut. Mounting holes of the support are used to mount the parking brake. Besides, the clamp is equipped with braking elements, at the same time between the latter there is a braking disc fixed on the flange. One of the braking elements interacts with the pusher by means of a washer and a screw. Pusher can move and contact with the lever. At the same time the pusher is placed in the bushing connected to the shaped support.

EFFECT: simplification of the design while maintaining reliability and efficiency when braking in difficult terrain conditions, serving as a backup braking system.
