SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to otorhinolaryngology. Thrombocyte-rich autoplasma is prepared before the treatment. Throat is rinsed with chamomile decoction, tablets containing lysozyme hydrochloride are dissolved, lacunae of palatine tonsils are washed with antiseptic solution. In addition, a course of endopharyngeal blockade is carried out by introducing thrombocyte-rich autoplasma into the mucous membrane of the posterior and lateral pharyngeal walls to depth of 1-2 mm. For each injection, thrombocyte-rich autoplasma 0.10-0.15 ml is injected in a total volume of 1 ml. Injections are made at distance of 0.5-1.0 cm from each other. Course includes 5 endopharyngeal blocks with intervals of 2-3 days.

EFFECT: method enables providing the effective treatment of chronic pharyngitis, reducing the severity of symptoms of the disease, the number of pathogenic microorganisms, and reducing the duration of the disease.
