FIELD: measuring.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and is intended for measurement of electric conductivity of liquid. Device for express diagnostics of resistances of a series of liquid electrolytes having different concentrations comprises a conductometric cell with electrodes, a control and measuring unit including a voltage divider and a microprocessor. Control and measurement unit is fixed in the case of the control and measurement unit, in which there are through holes in the form of a circle and one in the form of a rectangle. Stepper motor driver inputs are interconnected via prototype board. In addition, a syringe pump and an electrolytic cell are installed in the housing of the syringe pump, in which there are through holes in the form of a circle. Outputs of the stepper motor driver are connected to inputs of stepper motors, to which shafts with external thread are connected through connecting couplings. In each of the rectangular movable modules there are round through holes, which are located on one straight line. Shafts with external thread are installed in central holes with thread of rectangular movable modules. Guide rods are installed in holes without thread of rectangular movable modules and fixed on supports. Recesses of rectangular shape are made in upper part of movable modules, in which upper ends of pistons are installed with possibility of removal. Supports for guide rods are attached to the bottom of the syringe pump housing with an electrolytic cell. Lower parts of the syringe bodies for supplying the concentrated electrolyte and the syringe for supplying the neutral solvent are connected to the solution supply tubes. Lower part of the syringe body for the solution intake is connected to the solution removal tube, which are installed in the holes made in the cover, which is installed on the cell body. Bodies of syringes for collecting a solution, for supplying a concentrated electrolyte, for supplying a neutral solvent are fixed with possibility of removal to the bottom of the housing of a syringe pump with an electrolytic cell, which consists of a cell body with a cover, in which there are holes, inside which there are interdigital inert electrodes, with thickness of 10 mcm, on which from the outside there is a layer of inert film of gold with thickness of 1 mcm. Upper parts of interdigital inert electrodes are installed in holes of cover.
EFFECT: reduced error and increased speed of measurements.
