FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to pulmonology and intensive care, and can be used in bronchoalveolar lavage. Procedure is performed in 3 stages. At 1st stage, vacuum aspiration is performed without instillation. At 2nd stage, an isotonic solution is instilled into the affected area in amount of 2 ml/kg, and the liquid content is removed by vacuum aspiration. At 3rd stage, perfluorodecalin is instilled into the affected area in amount of 2 ml/kg. Visible liquid content in the lumen of the tracheobronchial tree is removed by vacuum aspiration not earlier than 10 minutes after installation. Method allows increasing efficiency and safety of bronchoalveolar lavage, improving sanation quality of involved areas of lungs, reducing time of bronchial mucosa recovery by reducing viscosity of secretion and displacement of liquid contents of tracheobronchial tree by performing a three-stage bronchoalveolar lavage with successive application of physiological saline and perfluorodecalin.
EFFECT: proposed invention increases efficiency and safety of using bronchoalveolar lavage for treating bronchopulmonary pathology accompanied by obstruction of tracheobronchial tree; higher quality of sanitation of affected areas of lungs; reduced time of bronchial mucosa recovery.
