FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to solid-state DC relays with service functions intended for switching loads of mixed type, including those containing elements with high capacitances, in particular to optoelectronic solid-state DC relay. Relay has an electrically connected voltage converter, a control and protection circuit, a status control circuit and an output switch. Control and protection circuit contains an electrically connected unit of reference voltages, a protection circuit against excess of the switched current, an output switch control circuit and an error indication circuit with LED status indicators connected to it. Control and protection circuit also has a starting current limitation circuit with a delay circuit, which is made with automatic establishment of a time period during which limitation is effective, which depends on the initial value of the starting current.
EFFECT: possibility of limiting starting current with automatic establishment of a period of time during which the limitation is active, which depends on the initial value of starting current, with protection against excess of the switched current.
