FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. Composition for seed pelleting of grain or cereal crops for protection against mechanical damage during sowing is characterized by the fact that it contains a mixture of powdered calcined diatomite with particle size of 0.1-0.2 mm and an adhesive substance obtained on the basis of starch mixed with a solution of potassium humate, with the following ratio of components, wt.%: potassium humate – 60-70, starch – 15-20, diatomite – 15-20.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to provide protection of seeds from mechanical damages in process of sowing, to facilitate disinfection of seeds from pathogenic microflora and to activate biochemical processes of growth and development of plants.
