FIELD: plant growing, in particular, preparing of various plant seeds for planting.

SUBSTANCE: capsulated planting material with adjustable properties has formed sprout with developed root system within capsule, which contains components desirable for initial period of plant development, said components being used in the following ratio, wt%: organic and mineral nutrient substances 7-70; filler 7-70; fungicide 0.001-0.01; binder 0.5-5.0; water the balance. Method for producing of capsulated planting material involves: 5-20 days before planting process, holding capsule, comprising seed and components desirable for initial period of development of plant, in closed volume at air humidity of 50-90% and temperature of 10-35 C or moistening with water to achieve moisture content of 30-60% within capsule mass at the same temperature until sprout and root system are formed within capsule.

EFFECT: increased efficiency in development of plants on any soil, increased favorable time for plant development, provision for ripening and increased stability of plants to temperature differences to thereby protect plants from light frost.
