SUBSTANCE: signal processing method additionally consists in the fact that the aperiodic component is suppressed in the measuring device by differentiating the input signal using the discrete signal dependence at the moment of time ii on the sampling step, cyclic frequency of the signal, using the discrete Fourier transform of half the period of the industrial frequency, obtaining preliminary estimates of the amplitude and phase, calculating a preliminary estimate of the frequency and its averaged value on the number of samples, which was obtained at the previous iteration, wherein at the first iteration, the value of the samples is taken equal to half the number of samples, which correspond to the full period of the frequency of the industrial network, adjusting the filter to the analysed signal frequency by determining the frequency and amplitude correcting coefficients, determining the corrected amplitude of the signal, averaging the corrected amplitude on the number of samples, if necessary, averaging of the oscillatory error is introduced on the number of samples, which corresponds to the new steady-state value of frequency, the parameters obtained in the measuring device are sent to the device of the output data stream.
EFFECT: high-speed operation and accuracy of estimation of operating parameters in conditions of presence of interference of various types: aperiodic components, harmonic and interharmonic oscillations, noise and other actions, which complicate estimation.
