FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to stable low-sulphur marine fuel containing components with an aromatic hydrocarbon base selected from a group comprising delayed coking heavy gas oil and/or catalytic cracking heavy gas oil, components with an asphaltene base selected from a group comprising asphalt and/or tar and/or fuel oil, components with an alkane hydrocarbon base selected from a group comprising hydrotreated vacuum gas oil and/or summer diesel fuel, and/or heavy residue of hydrocracking. Following ratio of components is used: components with a base of aromatic hydrocarbons – 30-60%; components with a base of alkane hydrocarbons – 20-41%; components with an asphaltene base – 15-30%.
EFFECT: obtaining stable low-sulphur residual marine fuel with sulphur content of up to 0,50 wt%.
