FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to operation of reservoir farms required for reception of oil from production enterprises, its accounting, provision of oil properties specified for pumping to the consumer. Uninterrupted operation of reservoirs due to exclusion of the need to withdraw the reservoir for unscheduled repair due to accumulation of bottom sediments; increased safety during operation of reservoirs due to exclusion of a person from a dangerous zone near the reservoir during operation of drainage and removal of bottom sediments; increased service life of the reservoir due to reduced time of effect of bottom water on lower belts, bottom and chime seam of the reservoir is achieved by the fact that the device structurally consists of collecting pits located along the perimeter of the bottom of the reservoir, which perform functions of collecting, accumulating and removing bottom sediments and bottom water. Collector pits are equipped with a siphon valve for drainage of bottom water, on which there is a vibration level and density signalling device, which sends a signal on filling the pit with bottom sediments and bottom water. Siphon valve consists of a riser, the outer part of which passes under the ring foundation, and on its free part a ball valve with an electric drive is installed, a signalling device of oil concentration in water and a drain into the sewage system. To remove bottom sediments, the collecting pit is equipped with a pipeline for pumping out bottom sediments, around which a cable heating is wound, and on the free part of the pipeline for pumping out bottom sediments there is a ball valve. Gas content sensor controls the content of oil vapours in the drainage well. Reservoir also includes a bottom of the reservoir, under which there is a hydrophobic layer, under which there is filled soil. Annular foundation is located under the reservoir wall.
EFFECT: uninterrupted operation of reservoirs, increased safety during operation of reservoirs, increased service life of reservoirs.
