FIELD: spraying devices.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a spraying core and a spraying device using a cotton element for storing liquid. Spray core comprises tubular mounting bracket (341), heating sprayer assembly (342) located in mounting bracket (341); wherein in mounting bracket (341) longitudinal liquid inlet (3411) is formed, wherein said liquid inlet (3411) passes through the inner and outer surfaces of mounting bracket (341) and extends in the direction of the height of mounting bracket (341), and above inlet (3411) for the liquid there is at least one hole (3412) for directing air. Heating spraying unit (342) comprises columnar cotton element (3421) for liquid transfer and heating element (3422), axial through hole of cotton element (3421) for liquid transfer forms a passage for air direction, outer circumferential surface of cotton element (3421) for liquid transfer forms a surface for absorption of liquid, inner circumferential surface of cotton element (3421) for liquid transfer forms a spraying surface, and heating element (3422) is inserted into or attached to spraying surface. Liquid transfer cotton element (3421) blocks liquid inlet (3411), and said at least one air guide hole (3412) is completely or partially unlocked, wherein heating element (3422) comprises heating housing and electrode leads (34223) connected with the possibility of providing conductivity to the heating housing. Heating housing is a columnar structure and comprises conductive parts (34221) located at two ends, and heating part (34222) connected to conductive parts (34221), wherein each of electrode leads (34223) has an end connected to the corresponding one of conductive parts (34221), and an end extending downwards, and the spray core also comprises fixed seat (343) placed in an opening made in the lower side of mounting bracket (341). Fixed seat (343) is a columnar structure and is equipped with air inlet (3431) passing through opposite surfaces of fixed seat (343) in the axial direction, and mounting slots (3432) are formed in the circumferential surface of fixed seat (343) to ensure the passage of electrode leads (34223).
EFFECT: preventing the liquid transfer cotton element (3421) porous space from occupying by gas, and liquid transfer cotton element (3421) more completely and more uniformly transfers liquid, thereby improving the taste and prolonging the service life of the spraying device using cotton element (35) for the liquid storage.
