SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas industry in the field of drilling and casing of directional and horizontal wells and can be used for removal of sludge residues in the borehole of a horizontal well during cementing with simultaneous rotation. Wellbore cleaning device is rigidly fixed on the casing pipe and is made in the form of two rings installed on the casing string and rigidly connected to each other by screw metal bands in amount of two to four. Screw metal bands are evenly spaced between themselves and repeat the casing pipe body along the spiral. Pins are evenly mounted on the surface of the tapes at a distance of at least 5 cm from each other. In this case, D_P = D_C + (D_W-D_C)/2, where D_P is the diameter of the device along the pins, D_C is the diameter of the casing coupling on which the device is installed, D_W is the diameter of the borehole into which the casing with cleaning devices is lowered.

EFFECT: higher quality of cementing along the entire length of the horizontal section of the wellbore due to high-quality cleaning of the lower part of the horizontal wellbore from compacted sludge residues; creation of a reinforced cement ring is provided.
