SUBSTANCE: method for installing a rotating liner in a well and a device for installing a rotating liner in a well are claimed. The method for installing a rotary liner in a well includes attaching the lower part of the tool body with the liner with a breakaway device through the upper part of the tool body for cementing to the lower end of the pipe string. It also includes running a liner into the well to a predetermined depth. The method also includes pumping pipes of the estimated volume of cement slurry into the transport string. It also includes launching from the wellhead after the last portion of the cement slurry of the squeezing plug and squeezing it with the squeezing fluid until it is fixed in the seat of the conical collar block. The method also includes creating excess pressure with further shearing of the screws and moving the suspended cementing plug in assembly with a block of conical collars under the action of increased pressure down to the stop ring and receiving a signal about the completion of the cementing process. The method also includes flushing excess cement slurry with flushing fluid and disconnecting the transport pipe string. The device is additionally equipped with a cuff part with an external thread from below. The cuff part is equipped with a conical rod with through grooves in the upper part and a radial recess on top. The uncoupling device is made in the form of at least two shear elements with a thickness that makes it possible to withstand the weight load of the liner lowered into the well on the sleeve part of the liner body. Above and below the shear elements at an equal distance from them, radial grooves are made. On the surface of the lower part of the housing, external protrusions are made with the possibility of alignment with the through grooves of the upper part of the housing. The inner diameter of the surface of the lower part of the casing in contact with the suspended cementing plug is chosen equal to the inner diameter of the liner being lowered into the well. After receiving a signal about the completion of the cementing process, first, the transport string of pipes is disconnected by unloading the liner to the bottom by a weight exceeding the weight of the liner by at least 150%, then the transport string of pipes is raised to a height of at least 10 m, and then the excess cement slurry is flushed until the complete exit to the mouth of the remnants of the cement slurry from the interval of the head of the liner with simultaneous reciprocation and rotation of the transport string of pipes. The liner head is flushed from excess cement slurry both directly through the pipe space of the pipe string and reverse through the annulus. After the pipe string is disconnected, the well is left to wait for the cement to harden and the liner is perforated.
EFFECT: creation of a reliable and easy-to-use design of the device, as well as an effective method for installing a rotating liner, ensuring the delivery of the liner to the well.
