FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industrial and civil construction, namely to building metal structures consisting of long metal elements, and, in particular, to profiles used for facing facades of industrial buildings, shopping centres, sports facilities, hangars, to give construction objects aesthetic qualities and for protection from external atmospheric effects. Metal siding for finishing facades, made by profiling from cold-rolled metal, including with coating, comprises a flange having a lock grip and a lock bend, located on opposite sides of the flange, at that, the locking grip located on one of the flange sides is moulded inside the profile in the form of a cavity limited by the flange part, the grip wall and the shank equipped with a stiffening rib directed inside the profile, and the locking bend, located on the other side of the flange, is made at an acute angle of 60 to 80 degrees to the flange outside the profile in the form of a straight section and is provided with a fold in the form of a petal moulded outside of the profile, wherein the flange section at the lock bend is equipped with a wave damper with three flat asymmetric parts, two of which, located closer to the lock bend, stiffening rib is formed to secure siding on facade by means of self-tapping screws so that heads of self-tapping screws rest on said parts of wave damper adjacent to stiffness rib, and are made with possibility of covering with shank of next siding.

EFFECT: increased rigidity of the lock bend and rigidity of the lock grip, guaranteed quality of the facing surface of the siding after installation due to the location of the wave damper at the base of the lock bend, ease and accuracy of installation of self-tapping screws in stiffening rib of wave damper, metal saving due to absence of extra fasteners, simplification of profiling line to seven shaping stands due to reduction of number of complex strip bends during profiling.
