FIELD: various technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of permanent connection of parts from polymer composite materials (PCM) with parts from materials with higher coefficient of linear thermal expansion (CLTE), through glue. When connecting parts made from materials having different CLTE and operation under conditions of varying temperatures, the material of the mesh base is selected based on the average CLTE of the first and second parts, wherein thickness of mesh base is close to but not greater than thickness of adhesive layer between parts to be jointed together. Surface of connected parts is prepared, between which heat-conducting mesh base impregnated with glue is placed, parts are combined and fixed.
EFFECT: high strength of the adhesive joint of parts made from materials with different CLTE and operating under conditions of varying temperatures.
