FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining industry and can be used for erection of support of mine shafts. Method of erection of support of mine shafts includes sinking of mine shaft, 3D-survey of passed mine shaft for its entire depth, development of 3D-model of permanent support based on survey data. Then, multi-tier sinking platform is lowered into shaft, on which equipment for 3D printing of support and equipment for concrete supply is placed. 3D printing equipment is used to erect permanent support to the height of one entry in automatic mode based on 3D model. Then, concrete supply equipment is used to fill the fixed space to the height of one entry of the erected permanent support and so on in a cycle until the permanent support is erected along the entire length of the shaft and the fixed space is completely filled with concrete. 3D printing equipment consists of container for 3D printing material, a pump, a robot manipulator and a material supply device. Equipment for concrete supply consists of a container for concrete, a pump, a robot manipulator and a device for concrete supply. Material for 3D printing used is fast-hardening reaction-powder concrete reinforced with steel or polymer microfibre, ABS plastic or a mixture of metal alloys.
EFFECT: shorter time for construction of support and higher accuracy of erection of building structures, higher safety of mining operations.
