FIELD: various technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for separating hydrocarbon-containing mixtures and compounds, comprising a casing with a vortex tube arranged therein, fixed in a tube plate and equipped with an energy separator having spiral partitions, which form screw channels, chambers of cold and hot flows, into the latter of which the lower end of the vortex tube is introduced. At that, the hot flow chamber is made in the form of two truncated cones conjugated with large bases, the upper cone is made with double taper, and the upper end of the vortex tube is made expanding upwards and is a cold flow chamber, an inlet branch pipe and outlets of cold and hot flows, helical channels of the energy separator are made in the form of an aerodynamic wing with alternately narrowing and expanding along the channel length. Device is characterized by the fact that at the end of each screw channel in the direction of flow movement in its wide part there is a looping in the form of a blind hole.
EFFECT: invention improves the efficiency of the device for separating hydrocarbon-containing mixtures and compounds by preventing mixing and entrainment of the liquid phase by the axial flow, reducing metal consumption and reducing energy consumption by increasing the mixture flow rate.
