FIELD: processing of minerals.
SUBSTANCE: proposed group of inventions relates to equipment for flotation of coarse particles and a method based on fluidization, turbulence and damping. Device for flotation of coarse particles, based on fluidization, turbulence and damping, includes a flotation column, raw ore supply pipe (1), installed in the upper part of the flotation column. Flotation column is successively divided into a section of the bottom chute of mine wastes (8), a section of mineralization in cyclone (6) and a section of static separation (5), which run from the bottom up. Contains several pressure pipes for mixing water and gas (10), located inclined inwards and upwards, which are connected to the inner cavity of the flotation column and are installed on the side wall of the mineralization section in cyclone (6), and direction of jets of several pressure pipes for mixing water and gas (10) is oriented clockwise or counterclockwise around axis of flotation column. In addition, between the section of mineralization in cyclone (6) and the section of static separation (5) there is a damper to reduce water flow turbulence. Disclosed device is used to implement a method of flotation of coarse particles based on fluidization, turbulence and damping.
EFFECT: high efficiency of flotation of coarse particles.
