FIELD: aviation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aviation, in particular to unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) and systems (UAS), and can be used in development of multifunctional unmanned aerial systems. Low-visibility modular unmanned aerial system (LMUAS) is formed by placing four functional UAVs on the surface of the UAV carrier, thus forming a rigid coupling structure based on servo drives and electromagnets. Each UAV is equipped with a subsystem of satellite and inertial navigation, a subsystem of a communication and control system, a complex power supply subsystem. All UAVs also have functional modules, which can have different purposes depending on the tasks being performed, which makes LMUAS a multifunctional system. UAV modules are made from light composite materials based on 3D printing technology and have a surface with low reflectivity. They are also equipped with electric motors, which additionally increases stealthiness of flight due to absence of "heat trace" and low level of sound vibrations. UAV carrier is equipped with an electric motor of increased power, which considerably expands the operating range of the system. Functional UAVs are equipped with three electric motors, two of which have variable thrust vector with possibility of helicopter and airplane flight modes. Carrier UAV delivers functional UAVs to preset area, where system undocking and separation into separate UAVs takes place, which perform the task depending on functional purpose.

EFFECT: reduced weight and size of the structure, improved manoeuvrability and speed characteristics of the system, increased number of functional elements, increased stealthiness, expanded functionality.
