SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tetra-4-[(4-methoxyphenoxy)-5-nitro]phthalocyanine of copper, zinc and cobalt of formula

where M=Co, Cu, Zn. Also disclosed is 4-(4-methoxyphenoxy)-5-nitrophthalonitrile of formula
,
which can be used as an intermediate compound for synthesis of said metal complex of tetra-4-[(4-methoxyphenoxy)-5-nitro]phthalocyanine with copper, cobalt or zinc.
EFFECT: disclosed metal complexes have coloring capacity with respect to polymethyl methacrylate, polyester and polyamide textile materials.
