SUBSTANCE: invention relates to meat industry, namely to production of meat sausages for frying. Disclosed are sausages for frying poultry meat, which are made from poultry meat, speck, onions, culinary food salt, water and inflorescences of Allium Sativum, with the following ratio of initial components, g: poultry meat: 97.00; speck: 24.00; onions: 13.30; inflorescences of Allium Sativum: 3.00; water: 1.40; culinary food salt: 1.30.
EFFECT: invention ensures expansion of the range of fried sausage products enriched with functionally significant components contained in Allium Sativum inflorescences, which impart new original taste sensations to the product.
