Fried sausage includes pork, salt, ground black pepper, fennel, granulated sugar, peeled fresh garlic. The product contains fennel in the form of flour from pre-roasted and crushed seeds. The quantitative ratio of the original components of the product has been selected.
EFFECT: improvement of organoleptic properties, expansion of the range of fried sausages.
