FIELD: fuel industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gasification of carbon-containing material and can be used in power engineering and chemical industry. Plant for production of synthesis gas contains gasification plant 1, a system for supply of additional gas-phase reagents 2, a system for removal of synthesis gas 3, as well as a system for monitoring and controlling parameters of the process. Gasification unit 1 consists of gasifier 4, to the upper part of which loading device 5 is connected, and to the lower part—unloading device 6. Gasifier 4 consists of a gasification chamber with external electric heating, an expansion chamber and a chamber for releasing gas-phase products. System for supplying additional gas-phase reagents 2 includes evaporator 40, a pressure water tank 41, a device for injecting N2 42, CO2 supply device 43, O2 supply device 44, H2 supply device 45.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of gasification of carbon-containing material.
