SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to hair care. Non-rinse hair penetrating oil composition contains a mixture of non-cyclic silicone ingredients and non-silicone ingredients, wherein said non-rinsing hair penetrating oil composition contains from 30% to 80% of non-cyclic silicone ingredients, wherein the non-cyclic silicone ingredient is dimethicone; from 20% to 25% of non-silicone ingredients, wherein non-silicone ingredients are selected from a group consisting of: C_12–15 alkyl benzoate; isopropyl myristate; wherein said composition does not contain cyclic silicone ingredients. Also disclosed are methods of controlling hair frizz, hair styling, preventing hair damage with surfactants, providing a healthy scalp, moisturizing hair and scalp, increase of hair resistance to brittleness, increase of hair shine, increase of hair volume, reduction of split ends of hair, increase of hair curl outline definition.
