FIELD: sport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sports equipment intended for swimming lessons. Cylindrical blade for swimming lessons, containing a cylinder, a partition and fixation elements on the hand, increases the rate of hand movement in water due to a small support area of the rowing surface of the hand. During use of cylindrical shoulder blades in muscles of sportsman's hands a fast rate of movements is formed, this is achieved due to the fact that cylindrical shoulder blades make it possible to perform arm strokes faster. After repeated repetition of such movements in the process of training, the skill of fast speed of hand movements is formed, and the athlete can subsequently repeat such speed of movements in swimming without shoulder blades. Fast arm movements in water reinforce motor skills better as compared to similar actions on land, when sportsman removes cylindrical blades, muscles involuntarily repeat that rate of arm movements, which was formed and fixed during swimming with cylindrical blades. Thus, frequency of movements without blades remains high and accordingly swimming speed is higher after use of cylindrical blades during training.
EFFECT: fast swimming speed formation is provided in the process of training of both beginners and sportsmen.
