FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of controlling flooding of a non-uniform reservoir of an oil field, in which a section of the formation with one injection well and producing wells surrounding the injection well is selected. At that, one-time injection of water marked with an indicator is carried out into the injection well in the selected area and samples are taken from the production wells surrounding the injection well during 90-120 days. For each production well, determining the amount of the indicator contained in all samples taken from this well during the survey, and determining what fraction of this amount of the indicator is from the total amount of the indicator sampled from all production wells during this time. Expanded section is selected, which includes an injection well into which water marked with an indicator was injected, production wells from which samples with an indicator were taken, as well as all adjacent along the perimeter injection and production wells and adapting the hydrodynamic model of the selected expanded section. For this purpose, the entire area of the selected expanded section is divided into rectangles, in the centre of which there is an injection or production well, and each rectangle is assigned its permeability value. Artificial channels simulating high-permeability interlayers are added to the expanded section model, in the form of a set of cells in a straight line between the injection well, into which the water marked with the indicator has been pumped, and each production well, into which the indicator has entered, wherein values of permeability of rectangles and artificial channels simulating high-permeability interlayers are selected by providing divergence of not more than 10% of actual and calculated data of fluid flow rates of production wells, injectivity of injection wells and values of quantities of indicator supplied to each production well during survey. Amount of water ineffectively filtered in high-permeability interlayers is calculated by simulating filtration of injected water during flooding on an adapted model of an expanded section. Injectivity profile is levelled in the injection well, into which the water marked with the indicator was pumped, due to water shutoff works, and the volume of water pumped in the process of water flooding into the injection well is reduced by the calculated amount of water ineffectively filtered through highly permeable interlayers.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of waterflooding due to reduction of inefficiently injected water, which is filtered on high-permeability interlayers, revealed by indicator method of investigations.
