FIELD: agriculture; food industry.
SUBSTANCE: plant for sprouting grain refers to agriculture and food industry. Apparatus can be used in mechanization of the process of sprouting grain for vitamin fodder for animals and birds. Plant p from frame 1, on which longitudinal pipes 2, 3 are mounted. On longitudinal tubes 2 there are upper rollers 4 made with possibility of rotation. Perforated trays 5 are placed on upper rollers 4 to roll over top rollers 4 and to be removed from upper rollers 4 or arranged on upper rollers 4. Trays 5 are made with possibility of germination of grains in them, at the same time holes in trays 5 are intended for water drainage. Under upper rollers 4 there is sump tray 6 for water accumulation. Above trays 5 there is drip irrigation system 7 and lamps of artificial lighting of blue 8 and red 9 colours. On trays 5 there are dampers 10 installed for damping impacts between trays 5 and frame 1 and between trays 5 themselves. Lower rollers 11 are made with possibility of rotation and are installed on longitudinal pipes 3. Below lower rollers 11 there is sump tray 12, which is intended for water accumulation. Above lower rollers 11 there is drip irrigation system 13 and lamps of artificial illumination of blue 14 and 15 colours. Dampers 16 (Fig. 1, 2) are installed on guides 17 and are designed to damp shocks between guides 17 and floor surface. On supports 18 (Fig. 1) parallelogram mechanisms 19 are installed. Motor-reducers 20 are installed on supports 18, cables 22 are mounted on pulleys 21, which are connected to vertical posts 23. Inside guides 17 there are mechanisms of extension 24, on which rollers 25 are mounted. Rollers 25 are made with possibility of rotation. To allow centring of trays 5 on rollers 25 there are sides 26. Motor-reducers 20 are made with possibility of lifting and lowering of parallelogram mechanisms 19, vertical posts 23, guides 17 (Fig. 1, 2), extension mechanisms 24, dampers 16, rollers 25.
EFFECT: plant ensures increased productivity of the grain germination process by reducing the time required to lift trays filled with grain and reducing the time required to unload trays with germinated grain.
