SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an aqueous composition of an oil-soluble corrosion inhibitor, as well as a method of producing said inhibitor and a method of regenerating it. Method of production includes the following stages: (1) providing a temperature T at which the conductivity of the aqueous composition of the oil-soluble corrosion inhibitor is reduced to not more than 100 mcS/cm; (2) gradual drop-by-drop addition of water to the initial corrosion inhibitor solution, obtained by homogeneous mixing of the oil-soluble corrosion inhibitor and the solvent oil, to obtain reverse micellar liquid A, and subsequent heating of reverse micellar liquid A to temperature T or higher, and holding at said temperature; (3) homogeneous mixing of non-ionic surfactant, anionic surfactant and water to obtain mixed solution B, and heating mixed solution B to temperature T, and holding at said temperature; and (4) homogeneous mixing of reverse micellar liquid A and mixed solution B, and stirring at temperature T for not more than 2 minutes, followed by instantaneous cooling to obtain an aqueous composition of an oil-soluble corrosion inhibitor.
