FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, namely to the design of a door with a thermal break. Door leaf includes an external leaf made with a solid-bent profile with bends, inside which there is a layer of foil-clad insulation with foamed polyethylene with closed air pores, plate from extruded polystyrene foam, layer of basalt plate, thermal profiles arranged in all ribs of door leaf, made with perforation, inside which there is a basalt plate, over the entire area of the door leaf there is a layer of foamed polyethylene with closed air pores, followed by a single layer of foamed polyethylene with closed air pores, placed over the entire area of the door leaf, and a frame with a decorative panel installed therein, a cork insulator is arranged between the profile and the frame, wherein extruded foamed polystyrene plate and foil-clad insulation layer with foamed polyethylene with closed air pores are arranged between the ribs with thermal profiles and layer of foamed polyethylene with closed air pores.
EFFECT: increase energy efficiency of the door leaf, which consists in preservation of thermal parameters of air inside the room, as well as in improvement of reliability of the door leaf design.
