FIELD: fuel industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fuel briquettes. Disclosed is a composition for producing a fuel briquette, containing the following ratios of components, wt.%: hydrol 2.0–7.0; soap stock 1.8–3.0; wood-and-vegetable material 7.0–22.0; concentrate of coal beneficiation sludge flotation—the rest.
EFFECT: invention provides reduction of ash content by 80–85%, increase of combustion heat of fuel briquettes by 25–31%, increase of mechanical strength by 40–80%, reduced power consumption due to exclusion of binder heating from wastes of starch-molasses production and reduction of time of mixing of charge for briquetting due to increase of mixture plasticity, as well as improvement of ecology due to recycling of industrial wastes.
